  • Managing the creation of the central Support function for the ERP system.
  • Working with key stakeholders and functional teams to define the requirements, develop the workloads and plan the implementation and deployment of the new ERP system leading before, during and after implementation processes.
  • Completing a full evaluation, providing recommendations in the development of the ERP deployment.
  • Leads solution governance including alignment with all relevant Change Control Boards and ensuring a smooth implementation.
  • Identification of required changes and amendments and ensuring these are clearly defined within the project roll-out plan.
  • Ownership of the project budget and resources to meet the project timelines and milestones.
  • Creation of processes and policies to support ongoing and continuous improvement.



Experience:



  • Proven in-depth experience in a similar role implementing Oracle ERP solutions.
  • Project Management within an IT context (e.g., System implementation projects).
  • Significant expertise in ERP implementations of varying size and scale with different platforms.
  • Proven experience of managing multiple stakeholders and credibility in working with all levels across the organisation.
  • You will be an excellent communicator with solid organisation skills, being able to work across multiple priorities.
  • Prior demonstrable experience of continuous improvement
  • Strong customer focused approach, able to deal with all levels of staff and skill sets, capable of translating non-technical requests, then communicating solutions appropriately.
  • Self-motivated, must be able to identify, organize and execute work independently.
  • Ability to identify solution gaps, issues before they arise and implementing solutions to resolve them, minimizing disruption to the business.
  • Proactive in identifying and investigating issues and presenting potential solutions.
  • Experience in managing user acceptance testing and ensuring that implementation meets defined specification.
