Job Description Summary The Sales Operations Marketing Leader will be responsible for partnering with external and internal stakeholders to ensure GE has engagement in global offshore wind policy development and is active in localised supply chain development opportunities that ensure the Sales and Commercial organization can achieve its business objectives within the global Offshore Wind Market.

The Sales Operations Market Analyst will:
  • Partner with global trade associations and industry bodies to gather insight into specific Offshore Wind Markets, whilst advocating for policy development that favors the offerings of GE Renewable Energy's product and services portfolio.
  • Own the development and reporting of market specific insights for each Offshore Wind Market to support decision making across the Offshore Wind Organisation
  • Partner with Global Supply Chain (GSC) to identify and develop relationships in strategic locations to develop or utilize a local supply chain.
  • Partner with the Sales and Commercial Teams to provide relevant market and customer insights to help actively develop successful sales strategies.
  • Support the Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) analysis with Global Supply Chain, and competitive analysis overview.
  • Support the Renewable Energy Outlook and Strategic Growth Process

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
  • Experience within the utility scale Renewable Energy Sector in either a Marketing or Sales role
Desired Skills
  • Previous experience of working with Trade Associations and Industry Bodies
  • Experience of developing and analyzing market reports and demonstrated success in setting successful sales strategies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, with advance Powerpoint and Word skills.
  • Experience in data analytical tools, such as Tableau, and CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of problems; generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions; implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills (in English) to condense complex issues into simple messages.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple project requests.
