QuEST Global has several opportunities available for Graduate Trainees, to participate in a structured programme of training and business experience.

These exciting positions offer the opportunity to join a dynamic team, learn from industry experts and are suited to individuals looking to gain valuable career foundation through hands-on experience.

After induction, training will be through attachments, based both on-site with our client and in our company offices, offers opportunity to progress into an established engineering role.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Working closely with all areas of design, analysis, programming, manufacturing, testing, business and programme management, to assist with production planning and analysis of components and sub systems, lifecycle support, to understand client requirements and help achieve agreed targets.

Qualifications and Technical Requirements:

• Degree Level in Engineering or Science or similar
• An understanding of the following:
• Design Engineering, Engineering Methodology and Computer Aided Design.
• HVDC and HVAC for Power Electronics & Electrical Engineer.
• Java, Python, C# and C++ for Software Engineer.
• Mechanical Methods including Stress Analysis for Mechanical Engineer.

Desired Skills:

• Basic familiarity with:
• Power Electronics & Electrical,
• Software Development,
• Mechanical/Manufacturing principles. 
• Demonstrate organisational, problem solving and logical thinking
• Ability to work on own initiative and as work as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
