Leads others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Employs sophisticated operational/product management, manufacturing or engineering techniques. Interaction with adjacent functions needed to solve issues. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data . Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.
Travel ideally and likely up to 50 days a year (Homeworking if your preference, flexible working arrangements.- Required Qualifications
This role requires significant experience in the Environmental Health & Safety & Specialist EHS Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
The successful candidate will be an experienced EHS professional, with proven expertise in Large projects or industrial environments. Preferred NEBOSH qualified and with in-depth experience of managing large scale projects spread across multiples sites. A key requirement of this role is the ability and tenacity to work with global colleagues. You are able to demonstrate awareness and consideration of intercultural sensitivities - direct, mentor and support an experienced team to work together..
