Job Description Summary In this role, you will implement GE Healthcare Digital solutions as part of the Delivery team. You will be a key member of the Delivery team whose role is to analyse the customer's clinical workflows, provide solution configuration, customer training preparation, training delivery and documentation. The role also includes supporting the customer during the Go-live of a solution as well as providing ongoing support for customers along with the GE Healthcare Digital Services team. You will support the sale of GE Healthcare Digital solutions to customers by assisting the Sales teams with pre-sale demonstrations and presentations. You will work on site or remotely depending on the business requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical documentation, Medical informatics, Medical technology or equivalent. Alternatively, you are a certified Radiographer/ Radiology technologist
  • 3+ years of experience working with medical IT systems
  • Additional training in IT, or experiences and understanding in the usage and system administration of medical information technology
  • Experience working as Application Specialist or customer consultant
  • High affinity for IT products
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office applications in daily work
  • Like traveling, and appreciate a customer-oriented position
  • Flexible, strong in communication and presentations
  • Advanced level of English knowledge
  • Able to work independently, with a strong problem-solving and decision-making competence

  • Regularly updates product knowledge to understand new features and limitations. Understands the primary competitors and partners in the product space.
  • Creates, communicates, and follows prescribed guidelines, protocol, procedures. Interacts with the customer demonstrating expertise and insight, and manages expectations. Identify and report when there are deviations on scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with and adherence to basic content/workflow processes and knowledge tools available within the organization. Leverages existing knowledge to drive issue resolution.
  • Breaks down problems & maps to different problem groups or domains. Identifies potential problem domains. Conducts root cause analysis for a given problem.

Business Acumen:
  • Understands the domain and the problem space in the domain. Communicates and translates customer needs into more technical requirements.
  • Addresses all customer concerns/issues in a timely and satisfactory fashion.

Leadership:
  • Demonstrates an understanding of business changes and their context. Participates in change initiatives by implementing new directions and providing appropriate information and feedback.
