Job Description Summary The Zone Education Manager is responsible for delivering high customer satisfaction through customer clinical education delivery. This employee will drive the digital transformation of our customer training and clinical education offering whilst supporting higher IB retention and IB revenue generation and leading a team of application specialists from different modalities.

Job Description Essential Responsibilities:
  • Direct Management, Training and Development of all Imaging Clinical Education Specialists in the zone (15) in strong relation with modality managers
  • Coordinate the dispatch of resources according to the entitlement backlog and various situations using MyCustomerTraining (entitlement, customer follow - up, services A job support, webinars delivery, online - support needs,...)
  • Drive Excellence in cus tomer training in line with equipment contract commitment: Maximise quality whilst Optimising cost
  • Facilitate coordination with Customers, local Account Teams, Supply Chain, Modality Managers, and European CoE
  • Lead & manage the transition to more online ba sed training and adoption of digital learning technologies eLearning Platform, GECares user community, Appslinq, etc.
  • Be the gatekeeper of data quality in the tools and process compliance.
  • IB Clinical Excellence Programs: Develop and deliver education prog rams for our IB customers and drive education
  • Establishing relationships with key national societies (RCR, SCoR, BIR), Schools of Radiography and Digital training entities (including emerging AI based models).

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Some experience in Clinical Training or Clinical Education experience or equivalent knowledge / experience
  • Leadership experience/skills
  • Team oriented with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse field based team, and work across a matrix organisation
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
  • Strong analytical and process skills with a Digital mindset - a digital change agent
