The day job
Our Aero, Defence and Security Sector is expanding and due to new business, we have an exciting opportunity based in Stevenage to provide second \ third line support and technical implementation: installation, maintenance, performance optimization of infrastructure technologies.  Excellent career opportunities.  SC Cleared or eligible

Key responsibilities:

• ​Evaluate hardware and software (for server, network, storage or desktop environments)
• Test all deliverables produced and document results
• Integration and test of new products (both hardware and software) for incorporation into program infrastructure
• Provide second line support
• Work to set SLA’s
• Maintain Operational and User procedures

Required skills
You need to have:

• ​Linux and, to a lesser extent, Windows OS support experience
• Development of msi files
• Architectural understanding - the big picture of the infrastructure
• Infrastructure skills covering administration, fault finding/diagnosis and fix
• Documentation Skills, with the ability to produce documents for use by an end user
