Exploratory Tester

My client is seeking a 4x testers to join a defence organisation.

In this role you will be working on a MOD project, creating a simulation training environment.

Duration: 3 Months

IR35: Outside of scope

rate: £450 pay per day

Start date: April

Location: Remote + occasional visit to site

Positions: exploratory testing is mandatory

- QA Tester

- Senior QA Tester

- SDET with OO automation

- Senior SDET with Python skills

• Experience working as part of an agile delivery team (essencial)
• Have experience of exploratory testing practices that you would be happy to apply as part of a role in a delivery team (essential)
• Experience creating and supporting quality measurement narratives (essencial)
• Mentor to individuals and groups on the benefits and application of exploratory testing methodologies (essencial)
• Experience of testing at multiple layers of the modern tech stack - UI, API, database and cloud /infrastructure (essencial)
  Track record of improving the release processes of the teams they are embedded in (essencial)
• Track record of being the voice of quality and rigour through testing, delivery and monitoring (essencial)
• Habit of being that person who is a great communicator, who sees the benefits of being open, honest and direct and leading by example (essencial)
• Advocate and educator for wider delivery teams on the contextual use of exploratory testing as a complimentary practice to automation (Desired)
