IT/Software Talent Delivery Consultant

We are looking for an experienced talent delivery consultant to join our Bournemouth-based team. We have an opportunity for someone with a proven background in IT, Software, or Digital Architecture to take over a warm desk with a high number of live requirements. This role will mainly involve the sourcing and filling of incoming permanent roles but there will be an expectation to deliver around 40% of target with new business. Ideally, you will have had some experience of growing a capability and within time mentor and develop a small team around you.
We offer Flexible working options around hours and time spent in the office. We would expect as a minimum this individual to be based in our offices (COVID Allowing) for 20 hours per week with the remainder working from home. Therefore applicants should be within a commutable distance from Bournemouth.
