The Opportunity
Our consultancy team continues to grow and we are looking for a Security Cleared Business Analyst with experience of working with multiple stakeholders across a range of organisations in a cross functional team environment. You will have a sound and demonstrable grasp of Business Analysis within a range of projects including transformational change. Your role as Business Analyst will be to capture business, technical & functional requirements. You will lead customer presentations, discussions, and interviews to both gather information as well as present key information and findings.

You will:
* Define current practice and activity.
* Create supporting documentation such as process flow diagrams and wireframes to support activity.
* Support the work of the Design lead in capturing and identifying requirements for the future operating model.
* Support the Delivery Lead in managing project scope and identifying any changing requirements.

About you
You must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen and respond appropriately, clearly getting to the core of messages, with a consideration for cultural adaptation.
* Able to define what success looks like and set documentation to achieve this.
* Strong and competent in group facilitation.
* Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
* Able to influence others without having to invoke direct authority.
* Builds professional relationships internally and externally based on trust and professional credibility fulfilling promises and commitments consistently.
* Experience of applying different methodologies and approaches in the context of organisational and transformational change.

Ideally you will also demonstrate the following experience:
* Government or law enforcement
* Different strategic analysis techniques
* Experience of modelling techniques/notations
