In this role you'll have the opportunity to equip Apprentices and staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to support the needs of the business.Job Description Essential Responsibilities
This exciting opportunity will have have two key areas of focus;The management and continuous improvement of our Manufacturing and Higher Business Apprenticeships
. You will be responsible for implementing the Apprenticeship strategy, supporting our capability agenda and proactively identifying opportunities and managing external partners to deliver the required Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring key outcomes in regard to quality and skills are met. It will also be in your gift to add value by making positive change to existing programs to ensure our offerings continue to adapt with the ever-changing world.Assessing the development needs and executing a training strategy in order to meet our future state requirements
. This particular focus is something new to our site. It means you will have the autonomy to either create and deliver your own content or, engage with third party specialists depending on the skills required. This will be a combination of classroom, online and blended learning.
Success measures would include;
Qualifications / Requirements
- Training programs are delivered to expected quality and planned timelines
- HBA and AMA Programs meet Apprenticeship standards
- Apprenticeship program that delivers talented individuals in line with Business needs
You'll likely come from an Early Careers role with extensive experience and understanding of apprenticeships. You're skilled in providing advice and support in recruitment with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
