Do you have experience in supporting conferences media input at NATO? Are you looking to play a meaningful role in a creative environment? If so, we are searching for someone like you to join our team of experts supporting NATO! 

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Your daily role responsibilities with our company will be as follows:

• Provide information and training sessions to CMCS staff on Agency tools related to process and resource management
• Liaise with COO and NES staff to include NES services as a part-billable service provider in the Agency catalogue, including financial construct.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

If you have passion for the work described above, here are the basic qualifications we are looking for:

• Knowledge of the Agency tools related to Process Management and Resources Management such as EPM, JIRA
• Experience dealing with COO processes and procedures and service catalogue
• Sound experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills;
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organisation, including ACO and ACT
• NATO Secret Clearance
