b) System level knowledge on BMC ITSM toolset and its capabilities
c) Experience in Oracle database application development and maintenance
d) ITIL Service management knowledge
e) Experience in management systems implemented at NCIA
f) System level knowledge on BMC AOOM toolset
g) Experience in C M O S Atrium EAI and Reconciliation methodology
h) System level knowledge on BMC API
Duties
Daily management of ITS on NS , NR and NU : Profile Management I
Licensing I Application Configuration
b ) ITSM development, support and maintenance for Incident Management
I Change (and release) Management
c ) I Request Fulfilment I Service Level Management I Asset lifecycle
d ) Development of additional features and processes in ITSM : Problem
Management I Capacity Management !
e) Availability Management
f) • Maintenance and troubleshooting of Oracle database applications .
g) Support ADDM deployment in the 3 networks (NSJNUlNR)
h) Migration to Intel based platforms and stop of Solaris
i) Migration to ITS M 8.1
