INSIDE IR35
1-Provide network design (30%) and network support (70%) in the following technical areas
a.Cisco routing and switching : IOS and Nexus based platforms and technologies
b.Firewall: PIX, ASA, Firepower, Checkpoint
c.Load-balancing: F5 LTM and Big IQ
d.Management of network monitoring tools: Observer and Solarwinds
e.Cisco ACI
f.Cisco ISE
2-On-site network project work and troubleshooting in data centres in London as and when required
3-Write technical documents including LLDs, Implementation plans, risk assessments, network impact reports
4-Liaise with network vendors and internal stake holders on incident calls, product replacements and change approval boards
5-Train, assist and guide junior engineers and network apprentices in network technologies
6-Be available for rotational out-of-hours on-call duties
