Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Paid Overtime + Benefits

Do you enjoy challenging and exciting projects? Would you like to be part of the team responsible for the innovation and development of a cutting edge new defence solution? Then this opportunity may be the one for you. This exciting new opportunity will be working within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering a new ground based defence systems to our clients European partners. Your role will include leading work packages in system design, integration, testing, and qualification of innovative radio-frequency sub-systems.

This is also an excellent opportunity to have a direct impact on the future of UK defence. All the technology developed and lessons learned will be a direct influence for future MoD programmes.

While this project is the immediate focus for you in this role, you'll also be supporting other programmes across land, sea, and air at various stages of development.

What we're looking for
*Systems Engineering experience across the full engineering life cycle
*Proven experience of managing work packages autonomously
*While not essential, it would be beneficial if you had prior experience in data links, RF, and the wider defence industry
