Job Description Responsibilities
- Proactively support internal and external customers handling all assigned administrative duties, taking direction from and balancing the needs of Biomed Technicians and Biomed Team Leaders.
- Provide administrative support while maintaining and improving the data quality through the entry of Technician activities into the relevant CMS tool.
- Maintain daily communications with customers as directed, to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction. As instructed, implement GE/customer facility contract, supporting business goals and objectives.
- May assist more experienced technicians on basic and more complex repairs/resolution respectively. Work as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
- Minimum of an HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electronics or Biomedical engineering
- Strong customer-service skills
- Highly motivated team-player
- Prior industry related experience
- Ability to stay calm in pressurized situations and coach people through solving problems
- Ability to drive improvements in efficiency
- Knowledge/experience with the healthcare industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excellent computer skills, Networking ability
