You will be joining an instantly recognisable brand name within the technology field who are now expanding their Government focused team. As a firm, they are well known for providing top training and creating well-rounded professionals with strong technical skills that meet modern market demands. With other consulting organisations, there is a race to build strong technology capabilities. We already have deep roots embedded in technology, with a strong strategic advisory team they will be miles ahead of the market. It is an exciting time to get involved, we have a start-up feel and some of the public sector's major clients are already moving away from the likes of the big 4 and using us as their core supplier.

You will be exposed to some of the most high-profile Government projects within the National Security space so you must be DV Cleared (Enhanced).

Role Requirements:

• Must have CURRENT and active EnhancedDeveloped Vetting (DV)
• Prior consulting experience in the National Security space
• You'll bring knowledge and experience gained by working in business change or project management roles on large scale Digital Transformation programmes
• Experience including but not limited to:
• Change strategy
• Behavioural Change
• Enablement
• Change Tracking
• You need to be a confident communicator and have strong interpersonal skills
