About the role
Here at Cavendish Nuclear we are looking to recruit an EC&I designer ensuring definition of design solutions and deliverables from concept through to in-service support.
The role generates a wide range of common or complex design situations and problems or detail for assemblies, components or systems. Applies knowledge to develop design solutions to a wide range of common or complex design situations & problems under limited technical supervision.

What do I need to do the role?

• You will have ONC/ HNC/ HND or BTEC qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline, with significant demonstrable experience
• Experience of control and instrumentation is essential within a highly regulated industry
• It would be desirable but not essential to have heavy power experience
• Understanding and knowledge of CAD tools and general engineering practice
Successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
