Job Description Essential Responsibilities:
As the Lead Communications Specialist you will:
- Develops external narrative in line with business objectives, working with the head of communications, CEO, and leadership team members.
- Manages the interaction with journalists from International/National/Trade media by defining and preparing press kits, writing trade articles or coordinating the writing of articles, managing media training, organizing press events, and leading crisis communications.
- Manages social media content to align media strategy with Marketing Communications and business leadership.
- Advises business leaders regarding projects, processes, and procedures in external communications.
- Contributes to projects as a team member or leads projects.
- Other communications activities as required to support the business.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Journalism/Digital Media or any other relevant bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Media and Public Relations.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to simultaneously collaborate with diverse teams across different global locations.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
