Context

A Stevenage based European integrated technical and scientific engineering organisation have an opportunity for an Information Systems Analyst.

The position

You’ll work as an Information Systems Analyst using the Engineering Lifecycle Management tools from IBM. Specifically, you’ll focus on the Jazz Team Services framework including: Rational Team Concert, Doors Next Generation; Rational Quality Manager. You’ll also be part of the version 7 release during 2021 in our client.

• Deliver enterprise level tools and services for Systems Design and Software Engineering.
• Provide Information Systems Analysis supporting application lifecycle management the toolset.
• Deliver logical design, data consistency and config standards, system maintenance & administration. 
• 2nd and 3rd line support.
• Focal point for security segregation requiring local administration.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the engineering management toolset. 

Required

• Analysis & definition of technical solutions and processes in an ITIL framework. 
• Experience of configuration of application tool sets.
• Experience of IBM Jazz Team Services and or Rational Team Concert 
• SQL and windows server knowledge zan advantage.
• Ability to technically coordinate internal and sub-contract activities
