Job Details

The Strategy & Portfolio team drives clear and relevant plans for NCA’s new and existing Technology, Information and Data Services, through transparent alignment with NCA’s Strategy, and based on strong relationships with the NCA’s business units.

We engage these business units to shape NCA strategy and ensure that technology and data considerations are at the heart of our collective plans.

We work alongside Customer Relationship Management, whose demand pipeline from the operational business is a key input to informing planning and aligning business value with technology costs.

We are currently looking to recruit a Strategy & Planning Manager in Wakefield, Warrington, Birmingham, London, Leicester or Bristol.

Responsibilities

As part of a team of technology professionals, you will be using your skills and expertise to:

• Co-ordinate all development and updates to the Technology, Information, Data and Service Strategy
• Translate Customer demand into Technology / Information / Data Service Roadmaps, Pipelines and plans
• Assure alignment of the Project Portfolio and Continual Service Improvement with Service Roadmaps and plans
• Driving innovation into all that NCA and DDaT ( Digital, data and Technology) does

  • Experience of strategy and portfolio management within an LE, MOD or SIA environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of translating organisational strategy into technology and data roadmaps
  • Embedding Continual Service Improvement and Innovation into high level planning
  • An understanding of the ITIL framework and other relevant methodology
