Responsibilities of the post

• Managing & Monitoring of project management documentation.
• Secretariat support for programme governance.
• Drafting and assembling of programme reporting
•  Co-ordination of programme workshop schedule
• Demonstrable experience of delivering successful outcomes in projects and programmes of similar sizes.
• Experience working with Government Departments

Essential:

• Experience of working on IT-based projects.
• Problem-solving skills
• Run meetings
• Risk and planning Management
• Experience of working on projects throughout the various stages of the project lifecycle.
•  Experience of Agile and Waterfall methodology
• Ability to work and act under own initiative under pressure and be creative in tackling challenges and finding solutions
• Experience of working in a busy, evolving environment
• Strong communication skills, including communicating to different levels and groups in the organisation
• Good presentation skills
