Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Base location: Hook

As a global FTSE 250 company with over 500 contracts across 20 countries we rely on the support of our Finance Services Team to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently. As our new FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in the execution and continuous improvement of the Group's forecasting and planning processes and undertake Group wide financial analysis support. Alongside the Budget and Forecasting processes, you will also be involved in preparing and presenting high profile analysis to senior finance and executive management and you'll work collaboratively with global finance teams and 3 rd party partners.

In this high-profile position, we'll be looking for you to use your expertise to draw conclusions on submitted plans, challenge assumptions, influence decisions and make recommendations. What you'll need to do the role

Firstly, you'll need to be a qualified accountant with demonstrable post qualification experience. You'll have experience in the preparation of management accounts, forecasts and budgets. You'll need excellent financial modelling skills and experience in effective utilisation of financial systems. Lastly, you'll be an effective and influential communicator with the ability to work closely with senior management from both finance and non-finance backgrounds.
