Building Fabric Assistant
James Cook University Hospital
Basic Salary: £18,005-£19,337 per annum + Great Corporate Benefits
Permanent - 37.5 Hours per week

Our team at The James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough provide a full range of Engineering and Building services on behalf of the PFI Company and the Trust.
The role is responsible for: -
You will support the engineering team with the day to day operations, maintenance and repair of all building fabric fixtures and fittings within the Hospital estate. You will support the Engineering Manager in the effective running of the Estates Maintenance Service.

- Appropriate City & Guilds and or BTEC certification
- Proven experience of working in a similar environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Building Fabric
