Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
- Captures assigned service sales opportunities to achieve and exceed contract capture, revenue and annual pricing increases targets in assigned product line and/or customer accounts through remote contact.
- Implements proactive call schedule to increase sales growth.
- Generates proposals, prepares service contract quotations, and demonstrates services value to assigned customers.
- Drives growth, searches for new/different/better ways to increase capture of installed base assets.
- Tracks call outcomes and opportunities through designated tracking processes and/or customer relationship management tools.
- Supports and partners with field sales and service personnel in their efforts to sell service value.
- Follows up on targeted marketing campaigns and maximizes incremental revenue.
- Feedback UKI specific knowledge to improve Omni Channel Experience for UKI customers
- Liase with Product Sales Specialists to engage customers to trial the Omni Channel experience
- Drive UKI presence when pilots are scaled (beyond modalities to ODS (parts & beyond)
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Prior Customer engagement experience in a Sales/ Services environment
- Ability to conduct analysis of large volumes of data/ Data analytics
- Comprehensive knowledge of Service products and equipment modalities
