Programme Office Support - On Site 

Pay Rate: Up to £400 per day pay range subject to IR35 status

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of the enterprise portfolio benefits management framework
  • Work with the portfolios to train and educate on use of the benefits management framework
  • Assess and analyse the flow down of portfolio benefits identified against the portfolio objectives
  • Support the Enterprise Benefits Manager to deliver effective portfolio benefit management practices
  • Operate and develop a standard benefits mapping workshop for portfolios
  • Report on enterprise portfolio benefit delivery, identify any performance trends and ensure action plans in place to address any areas of concern.
  • Maintain the enterprise portfolio level benefits forecast
  • Monitor benefits realized and identify lessons learned and disseminate
  • Support on the development and training and deployment of a benefits managements tool such as Amplify

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in benefit management and realisation
  • Significant experience in a project or programme or portfolio environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with a broad enterprise understanding
  • MPS Understanding
  • Confident to coach / train users
  • Assurance activities experience
  • Change management
  • Design strategies to rollout
  • Programme Management
  • Experience in benefit management and realisation
  • Significant experience in a project or programme or portfolio environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with a broad enterprise understanding

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a business-related discipline
  • Qualified in programme or portfolio management skills
  • Chartered member or Fellow of relevant institute or equivalent level of experience.
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Qualified to MSP Foundation.
  • Qualified or experienced in Benefits Management.
  • Extensive experience of leading in a project or programme focused environment, providing depth and breadth of knowledge to act with credibility in the business.
