About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced SME WorldTracer Trainer to role out the training and development to quickly help transition 150 airlines from WorldTracer Native/SFEB to new WorldTracer Desktop.



About WorldTracer

WorldTracer is a SITA / IATA service provided for the tracking of lost or delayed baggage. It has been in operation for many years and is used by all airlines that are members of IATA. Most of the low-cost carriers that are based in Europe such as Norwegian Air Shuttle, Wizz Air also use WorldTracer.



Current Working Arrangements

The role requires remote training as the SITA office is currently closed due to the COVID19 pandemic. Once normal office working resumes, the role will be based at London Gate. Full Flexibility in working across various time zones is essential for this requirement due to overseas customer training rollout. International Travel (post-pandemic) across EU and Middle East is expected.



Job Tasks:

    Conduct training for the following audiences: Business Consultants/Analysts, Account Managers, Project Managers & Our CustomersConduct product webinars (internal and external)Provide ???Open Mic??? support to WorldTracer Customer Trainers


Essential & Desirable Experience requirement to apply for this position:

    Expertise in WorldTracer OR similar function (essential)Knowledge of Airport Operations (highly desirable)Training and Presentation SkillsExposure to training developmentConsultancy skills and approach Deep knowledge of Microsoft (or other) presentation and documentation toolsStrong team work ethicProactive approach
