Job Description Summary The Sales Support Intern is a twelve-month assignment to support the transactional sales team in Europe for onshore wind turbine services (scope: parts, services, conversions/modifications/upgrades). The role is responsible for developing and strengthening the commercial intensity via simplifying processes to enable fast quality quotes, owning and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), coordinating new product introduction training/awareness efforts, and lead and implement marketing communications strategy. Essential Responsibilities
- Simplify Processes
- Enable fast quality quotes
- Develop and commercialize time and material rate sheets for onshore wind turbine services
- Digitize firm price quoting process via CPQ (configure/price/quote) tool, partnering with global team
- Drive continuous improvements to achieve simple sustainable processes with increased regional empowerment and Delegation of Authorities
- Own Quality Management System for transactional sales process
- Enable fast quality quotes
- Own Key Performance Indicators
- Own metrics measuring commercial excellence including (but not limited to) order commitments, sales, and contribution margin
- Analyze metrics to identify themes for process improvement and growth opportunities
- Own completion and accuracy of Key Account Dashboard
- Own operating rhythm for monthly commercial financial pacing
- Own Marketing Communications Strategy
- Create regional messaging and facilitate communications to internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness of sales efforts
- Develop and implement sales blitzes and marketing campaigns (i.e. LinkedIn, webinars, press releases)
- Own aides for sales team by creating and commercializing fact sheets, brochures, and online presence
- Develop sales team by creating new employee onboarding plan, job aides, and facilitate best practices/lessons learned and post-mortems
Qualifications/Requirements
- Studies related to Bachelors of Business Administration with specialization in marketing or sales or commercial finance
- Proven relevant work experience with
- Ability to speak, read and write fluent English

- Fluency in Spanish and German languages is beneficial
- Studies related to Masters of Business Administration
