DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Your daily role responsibilities with our company will be as follows:

  • Assist with planning, synchronising, scheduling, and tracking of CSSC assets for corrective and preventative maintenance on all NATO CIS equipment to Service Level Agreements.
  • Perform the scheduling and tracking capability of CSSC activities.
  • Conduct coordination with Resource Management Branch (RMB) around the Deployable CIS assets.
  • Develop detailed analysis of the Asset Management system deficiencies and provide solutions.
  • Monitor assigned logistical tasks efficiently to ensure that they can be executed and are in line with set target dates.
  • Explain and provide system logistical advice to senior management.
  • Ensure that set maintenance and project targets are met.
  • Manage Annual Inventory conducted.
  • Ensure that all CIS equipment discrepancies are fully identified, investigated, documented, reported and implement corrective actions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

If you have passion for the work described above, here are the basic qualifications we are looking for:

  • Vocational training at a higher level in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience, or secondary educational qualifications with 5 years post-related experience
  • At least 8 years' relevant experience at a logistic management level in business management or related fields.
  • Experience working with Supply Databases
  • Experience in Inventorying CIS Equipment for accountability and accuracy
  • Experience in identification and corrections of Asset Management Deficiencies
  • NATO Secret Clearance
