THE OPPORTUNITY  

Do you have previous service management branch support experience? Are you looking to play a meaningful role in a creative environment? If so, we are searching for someone like you to join our team of experts supporting NATO! 

THE ROLE 

Your daily role responsibilities with our company will be as follows:

  • Assists in analysing and coordinating the user requirements with the intent to develop technical solutions through the assessment of existing capabilities and services and the impact of satisfying the new requirement against current systems, services and resources.
  • Assists in the Standing Naval Force operational handover planning and execution related activities
  •  Assists Branch Head in staffing resource coordination
  • Assists in the development, maintenance and management of Change Management Process and Procedures.
  • Assists Branch Head in CIS project management.
  • Coordinates CIS project planning and implementation activities as directed.
  • Assists in the identification and specification of underpinning contracts for CIS services and technical support.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a technical subject with substantial Information Technology (IT) or a related discipline and 4 years post related experience
  • Experience in office communication and information systems
  • High level of organisational, coordination and communication skills
  • Extensive staff experience in a managerial role with financial and
    administrative processes to support resource planning, budgeting
    and management in a technical environment
  • Knowledge of Service Management principles, has experience in negotiating roles associated with a typical customer-provider relationship
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must have worked in positions with comparable array of complexity and
    responsibility for a minimum of 4 recent years, to include supervision of permanent or project-oriented organizational teams
  • Knowledge of project development for CIS in NATO, specifically Capability Packages (CP)
  • Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements, preferably prior experience of working within NCI Agency 
  • Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including Allied Command Operations and Allied Command Transformation
  • Experience in policy, procedures and organization of C4ISR within NATO, and knowledge of and experience on project assessment methods and submission procedures within NATO
  • Training on Project Management and ITIL
  • NATO Secret Clearance or National Equivalent
  • Ability to work in duty location unencumbered
