We are currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team. Currently due to COVID-19 restrictions this role is home based, however please be aware that if these restrictons are relaxed then the successful candidate would need to be based at either Trigate Business Centre in Birmingham, or alternatively our site in Rhyl.

As Quality Assurance Assistant you will:
  • Process key referrals, programme start and payment data
  • Transfer data between systems while maintaining data integrity
  • Identify, investigate and resolve data processing errors, escalating to the Quality and Compliance Team Leader where necessary;
  • Support the wider Quality and Compliance Team in maintaining contract compliance by ensuring accuracy of data submission within contractual timeframes


What you'll need to do the role:

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, however as a minimum, you'll be experienced working with large volumes of data.

You will be detail orientated and able to remain focussed when dealing with repetitive tasks.

Additional Information:

This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) - covering pre-employment checks: identity, employment history (minimum of 3 years), nationality/immigration status and criminal records check.
