THE ROLE OF A PMO ANALYSTWe are recruiting a PMO Analyst as part of our team of embedded PMO resources. The post holder will play an important role within one or more of the Bank???s diverse portfolio of programmes and projects. Skilled and experienced in a variety of project delivery specialisms, the PMO Analyst will support the Bank???s programme and project managers across a range of services.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:?? Monitoring, reporting and analysis of project progress against time, cost and quality expectations?? Ensuring compliance with reporting standards, and that templates and tools are clearly defined ?? Establishing and maintaining a project document library?? Supporting the project budget information and reporting ?? Establishing risk, issue and dependency identification processes and monitoring logs for the programme/project, and updating with input from the programme/project teams ?? Managing the change control process ?? Pro-actively building effective relationships with stakeholders across the programme/project ?? Overseeing quality management arrangements
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES:?? A proactive self-starter who is able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the programme and project managers, the wider team, stakeholders from across the Bank and varying levels of seniority, and external suppliers ?? Experience providing Project Management Office (PMO) services on a programme or project including; ?? Planning ?? RAID management ?? Governance processes including Programme Board support
