Vocational Training – Business Administration
- 2-3 years' work experience
- Be a Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint,and Excel) and SharePoint;
- Skilled in working in SharePoint portals managing content, maintaining up to date, set up libraries and lists, extract data, manipulate data to produce reports (Excel, pivot tables, charts and diagrams)
- Efficient and effective communicator; fluent in written and spoken English;
- Ability to prioritize
- Work under time pressure
- Positive attitude
- Customer and service minded, courteous, (has the ability to remain polite even when confronted by demanding customers, often with repetitive questions) acts with tact and discretion.

Duties:
Assist in organizing and arranging travel and mission details for the Forward Support Personnel.
- Assist with the in/out processing of military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
- Assist in the day-to-day administration for CSSC including preparing files for signature, drafting and reviewing emails, cover letters to documents; tables of figures, using MS Office suite.
- Document, monitor, and control the issuing of NATO security badges for visitors.
- Assist with, and prepare documentation for deployments and CIS projects.
- Coordinate and answer inquiries from internal and external sources with respect to the customer's requirements.
- Ensure correct prioritization of travel and administration documents assigned to CSSC.
- Support CSSC in maintaining up-to-date records of personnel traveling on CIS maintenance repair TDYs and personnel deployed to Operational Theatres.
- Prepare the paperwork for deploying personnel to Operational Theatres and coordinate approval process of documentation amongst various NATO offices in the Agency and ACO.
- Support the CSSC in maintaining information flow and foster relationships.
- Perform any other related duty as assigned.
