Job Details
The person will actively listen to and engage with communities on social media and digital platforms, to support one of the force's current priorities of COVID-19 and deliver effective customer service on behalf of GMP, as well as supporting internal communication.
The ideal candidate would be expected to demonstrate extensive experience managing social media platforms, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the willingness to get involved and break digital media down to those of all skillsets and levels. They would also bring creative and exciting internal communication strategies to actively engage with staff and officers across the force.
You will have a degree or equivalent experience, be highly motivated and enthusiastic and able to maintain confidentiality and remain resilient when faced with new and exciting challenges.
The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a shift pattern which includes some unsociable hours.
