Summary

• We are looking for a Technical Security Consultant to lead the Discovery and Due Diligence of security accreditation services for the project.
• A solid understanding and experience in security architecture solutions is essential in order to apply applicable security policies and design principles/practices.
• Due to the technical nature of this opportunity someone that has defined IDAM / PAM rules or frameworks alongside SIEM work would be advantageous.
• You would be working with the Due Diligence teams to review the site security aspects and assess and record any deficiencies.
• Must be able to understand customer requirements for a solution building strong relationships with security accreditors and site personnel (CISSP, CISM, CSP or ex CLAS)

We focus on secure government projects and the team design, develop and test the infrastructure platform for Defence & National Security Systems. Each team are responsible for the entire development chain – from requirements analysis, development, testing, and validation to demonstrating the current status of the product.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Security Technologies and designing Security IT Architectures
• Security Systems Design pertinent to manage levels of risk and implementation of proportionate security controls
• Secure Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS): SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
• Knowledge of the following Security Architectural Frameworks:
  • TOGAF, MODAF, SABSA
• MOD Security Standards and Policies, JSP440, JSP604
• NCSC Cyber Essentials
• UK Government Security Policy Framework
• ISO27001
• Ideally achieved the Cyber Security Professional (CCP) certification, CISM, CRISC or CISSP
• Understand and assess new and evolving technologies for use in the HMG context
• Customer facing with the ability to confidently and authoritatively speak to the customer about security accreditation, risk and assurance.
• Experience of IT Health Checks (CHECK) and CREST, providing scope of works, analysis of ITHC reports and remediation plans.
• Knowledge and experience of the SOA lifecycle and specifically assurance and security governance.
