Non Functional Test Manager Contract role in Corsham !!!

My customer in the public sector is looking for a Non Functional Test Manager to work on a 3-6 month contract. The consultant must have SC clearance as a minimum, higher clearance is an advantage.

Activities
•             Liaise with the delivery test leads;
•             Creation of a Programme E2E Non Functional Test Strategy, Plan and Scripts
•             Develop a NF test schedule working with the supplier and MSP test lead
•             Participate in the preparation and execution of Authority Non Functional E2E testing activities including supporting defect management.
•             Creation of NF TCRs for approval by the OSM Programme Test Manager and Authority
•             Liaise with other relevant MoD Test, Transition and Assurance SMEs;
•             Attend Programme Meetings where required
•             Assurance and approval of Supplier and MSPs Test Strategy(s), NF Test Plan(s) and NF Test Script(s) as complete, appropriate and credible.
•             Assurance of Supplier and MSPs internal Non Functional Test Execution in accordance with the NF test plans for approval by the OSM Programme   Test Manager and Authority.

Essential Skills
•             Minimum of SC clearance
•             ISEB/ISTQB certified
•             Hands-on experience of supplier Non functional test assurance
•             Good knowledge at management level of:
                                 o             Non functional test planning
                                 o             Test Co-ordination
•             Experience testing tooling and business process change
•             Experience producing NF test reports to inform programme and senior management decision making
•             Experience with defect management
•             Effective at managing risk to ensure delivery timelines are maintained
•             Familiar with change and release management processes
•             A customer facing self-starter with good time management and communication skills
•             Experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced multi-supplier environment

Desirable Skills
•             Experience working within MoD/Govt/Defence
•             Experience of JSP604
•             Non functional hands on testing
•             ITIL Foundation

Tools
•             Good knowledge from a management perspective and a level of hands on ability of a broad range of tool categories:
                 o             Test management: Jira
                 o             Non functional tools - NexThink, JMeter etc
