Job Description Summary As Customer Success Leader you will provide expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus.

You deliver clinical operational project management services to GE Healthcare customers in your region and develop new Customer Enablement programs.

Responsibilities:

  • You train customers on big data software collecting clinical and operational information from multiple modalities within one or multiple imaging department
  • You assist customers in their digital transformation journey by delivering data-driven recommendations. Then, support customers' engagement in understanding the steps required to implement and sustain changes
  • You coordinate various GE resources such as Clinical Education, GE Partners, etc. in order to support customers in their digital project implementation
  • You maintain excellent and close relationship with key customers

Qualifications:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in business management, clinical or related discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • You have relevant experience of advisory and data analytics in a clinical context and are aware of technologies in this field
  • You have a customer-focused mindset
  • You have excellent knowledge of healthcare processes and the industry
  • Your background in a Radiology-focused role (preferably on MR/CT scanners) helps you to understand our customers
  • You have the ability and mindset to inspire and steer change with the customer
  • You are flexible to travel
