Job Description Summary In this role you will support the functional and clinical aspect of our IT solutions in the Intensive Care Unit, Operating Room and Anesthesia care areas. Having developed deep expertise in our Application and understanding of user needs, you will have the opportunity to formalize customers' needs and product feedback to guide R&D roadmaps. The scope covers pre-sales (partnering with the sales team), solution deployment (with the project team) and ongoing Install Base support. This role will be highly focused on the pre-sales activities in particular for our Anesthesia / ICU solutions.

Job Description Essential Responsibilities
- Participate in the pre-sale of GEHC products to customers:
- Demonstrations of applications to highlight the added value and differentiating arguments
- In-depth clinical discussions on software functionality and adaptation to clinical workflows
- Tender responses for clinical specifications
- Functional/clinical workstreams during project deployments including configuration and training
- After-sales customer support, in particular with regard to functional requests from users.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Relevant experience as a nurse or functional consultant in the operating room or in the intensive care unit
- Ability to travel (up to 2-3 days per week)
- Have strong clinical experience and feel comfortable in a medical environment
- Relational and communication skills to convince and lead change management
- An appetite for IT solutions
- The ability to work in a team
- Must have a valid driving license.
