Introduction…

We are currently recruiting for a Service Management Analyst to join a company responsible for collecting and publishing data and information from across the health and social care system in England.

Roles & Responsibilities

As the Service Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for onboarding and release management activities, ensuring that suppliers and business processes are aligned, fit for purpose, and correctly assured.
• Providing customer support to respond to requests regarding the services covered by the team including information and guidance or pointing customers to the correct process or contact.
• Providing support to the Service Manager at Product and Service review meetings, ensuring that actions re progressed.
• Working with suppliers and internal teams where further engagement is required to progress any blockers to onboarding be that governance or operational aspects.

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Must have knowledge of working in a Service Management Environment.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework and how this is applied
• Must have a post graduate diploma/degree level of experience.

Salary & Package

What is on offer for this exciting role:

• £26.27 per hour
• 3 month contract
