An ambitious project to expand has been agreed and this role will support the achievement of that goal, with the initial element of that project supporting the rapid ISO certification of additional sites being added to the UK Test Centre network.

  • Previous experience of having conducted Audits related to ISO is essential. 
  • Coordinating and completing internal audits of the ISO/BMS framework across all business functions, (ISO27001, 9001, 14001 and 20000).
  • Generate a formal audit report in conformance to the ISO standards and submit to the Director of Information Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance
  • Contribute to risk identification, mitigation and treatment.
  • Issuing and following up corrective actions, ensuring completion.
  • Evaluate processes to identify any processes, situations, etc. where there are opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in ensuring our ISO Frameworks and Business Management System continues to remain compliant with regulatory and certification requirements.

Role Requirements:

  • Demonstrate experience of ISO 9001 (experience of 27001, 20000 & 14001 would be advantageous).
  • Previous experience of internal auditing (it would be advantageous if you are a qualified internal auditor).
  • Good all-round IT skills.
  • Highly organised with great time management skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Core hours for this role are 09:00 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday, with one hour per day given for a lunch break.

This is a full-time, permanent role, with travel as required for audits, meetings, training and events.
