 WHO WE ARE?

We are recruiting a permanent DV cleared Service Delivery Manager to join a prestigious private sector client who have a huge portfolio of projects across multiple sectors.

WHAT WILL THE SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER BE DOING?

You will be joining an expanding service delivery team with the main purpose of managing the delivery of IT services using ITIL based processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the SLA’s are met and that the service delivered is both within budget and meeting quality levels. This role will provide the opportunity of working on client site, from home and in shared workspaces.

THE SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER SHOULD HAVE….

• Enhanced DV Clearance. Due to current requirements, we cannot put anyone through clearance for this role and you have to already hold DV clearance to be eligible (MoD DV will not be accepted for this role)
• Extensive experience of continual service improvement
• Experience with fixed price delivery management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage client relationships
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading service delivery teams
