Role Purpose

To work on a collection of projects to ensure Technology supports the firm in delivering value to its Clients. Eliciting requirements, facilitating workshops as well as ensuring traceability across all solutions delivered.



Role Responsibilities:

    Work independently without supervision, as well as part of a teamBe natural at building solid relationships within the firm, gaining trust at all levelsThink ???we??? not ???I??? when it comes to your peers in the teamBe confident in operating at various stages on a projectWork with ambiguity to help drive direction and a foundation in which you will operate.Have excellent workshop facilitation skillsBe confident in eliciting Functional and Non-Functional requirements in a User Story formatCapture and validate acceptance criteria in the form of a behaviour (BDD)Adapt your working style to cultural differences and stylesConfidently represent the business in their absence to ensure the project is kept on trackCreate clear and concise deliverables to ensure a successful project outcome first timeOperate within a Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) environmentProvide and share knowledge, experience and ideas to help drive the team forwardsTravel to other offices as and when a project requires you to.Look for and suggest improved ways of working within the team

Essential Experience:

    Minimum 4 years??? experience as a Business AnalystExperience of working on and delivering strategic projectsExperience of working within a large global organisation


Desirable Experience:

    Experience as a Business Analyst within the Legal sectorExperience of delivering a new document management toolWorked with core legal toolsKnowledge of how lawyers operate on a matter


Additional Expected Attributes:

    Strong customer orientation and focusCreative thinker with the ability to understand root cause without jumping to solutionExcellent professional communication skills when dealing with both business and technical stakeholdersFull command of English, both written and verbalExperience within a wide variety of IT projectsEducated to degree levelBCS Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalentCompetent in MS Office and Visio
