Our customer is looking for a New Pursuit Lead who is experienced in winning new business and operating at high tempo across complex contracts.
Your role will involve identifying, engaging and influencing senior MoD stakeholders in MoD Corsham and across Defence Equipment and Support and Front Line Commands to drive value creating complex change. This will include providing a barometer of current client needs in order to evolve our portfolio and capabilities so that they continue to meet and stimulate customer demand.
You will identify and qualify opportunities to establish a pipeline that will meet and exceed targets, including establishing value proposition and win strategy for qualified opportunities including strategy for beating the competition and working to disrupt the market.
- Proven track record of influencing multiple bids at any one time
- Strong client centricity, continually aiming to improve value and exceed customer expectations by winning new business
- Possesses a sound commercial acumen
- Self-motivated and an ability to influence and work through others
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
