SC Cleared Project Co-ordinator (Inside IR35)

We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for the Ministry of Defence.

As a Project Coordinator, you will: 

• Responsible for project file management using version control
• Organise key project meetings and provide secretariat support to the Theme Lead
• Assist with maintaining the stakeholder log for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation of project reports and other key project documents / artefacts
• Set-up and provide support for stakeholder analysis (often in the form of workshops), and co-ordinate engagement activities
• Support the development of the stakeholder profile throughout the project, using standard templates and the outcomes from analysis

You’ll have:

• Experience of working in a project environment
• Stakeholder engagement experience
• Outstanding communications skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work to tight deadline and manage a varied workload
• Outstanding organisational skills extremely proactive people person who can support comms and engagement
• Previous experience of working in a defence role

It would be great to also have:

• SC Clearance
