An exciting opportunity to join a highly successful team within one of the world's largest Software Vendors, delivering vital services to Secure Government. This role requires active Cheltenham DV Clearance.

You would be responsible for supporting and maintaining a range of leading technology solutions including:

  • Service Management
  • Business Process Automation
  • Configuration Management
  • Software Asset Management
  • Containerized Multi-cloud Monitoring
  • Big Data Analytics
  • Integration

(My Client does not expect experience in all of these areas and will provide comprehensive training where necessary.)

You will work as a key part of a small team, working in close conjunction with other teams both within the Authority and with other teams in your organisation.

Experience of troubleshooting and diagnosis of technical issues and the ability to communicate effectively across all stakeholder levels is vital.

Hours – 37.5 hours per week however there will be times when additional hours are needed in order to meet contractual requirements.

Location – As required by the role, will include travel to customer, 3rd party and/or company offices, and other as necessary. Travel outside of the UK Mainland is not required. London, Manchester and Gloucester area are the preferred locations.
