Description of Requirement:
Working as part of a Dev/Ops model closely aligned with architectural and security resources you will be providing operational support to a number of cloud based environments and systems primarily based in GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
Your responsibilities will include access management, project provisioning, billing management, cloud monitoring and supporting cloud enablement activities by assisting cloud developers and users with service specific activities.
Has an awareness of the importance of team dynamics, collaboration and empowering delivery teams. Understands the importance of feedback.
Understands how the needs of the team and of the product, vary across the phases of the lifecycle

Responsibilities:
* Guidance to business and technical areas on best usage and standards for cloud platforms.
* Ensure compliance with cloud operations policies and procedures.
* Financial monitoring of cloud usage with transparent billing.
* Management of incidents, requests, changes and problems.
* Drive continuous improvement activities.
