Interim Change Analyst 

Pay Rate: Up to £275 per day pay range subject to IR35 status

Main Duties:

External assistance is required for a period of three months to implement a single information maturity model by:

  • Analysing existing policies and processes to determine the required areas of measurement. Freedom of Information Act 2000.
  • Reviewing existing models to determine areas for potential re-use.
  • Working across the Defence Digital function, including with TLB/FLC, to design and build a maturity model and underpinning framework that measures compliance with extant policy and process controls. This should be simple to use and as light-touch as possible so that TLB/FLC resource is not unnecessarily consumed.
  • Documenting the maturity model and underpinning framework in terms of their build and operation, e.g. user and administrative guides.
  • Working alongside the Information Stewardship policy lead to implement the maturity model across the Defence Digital function and running the first cycle of measurement in support of the 20/21 Annual Assurance Report (AAR).

Contract Length: 3 months
