Drive optimal performance (cost, fulfilment, quality, cash) and profitability through Business Execution and Supply Chain.. Role requires good understanding of clients, industry, function and commercial markets.Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :
• Manage strategy and execution of manufacturing finance and costing activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and monthly/quarterly closing activities
• Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (PI, Revals, Standards, Variances, etc.), Functional Variable and Base Costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, Warranty, Tax Grants, Investment Grants, Royalty Calculations/Management, Profitability analysis and control, etc.
• Cost Control and Analysis of both Variable and Base Costs for equipment and service
• Support productivity through cost out programmes and initiatives
• Regularly advise leadership on finance related activities and communicate information and updates across functions
• Manage Cost and Profitability Reporting
• Drive simplification projects and functional initiatives as needed

Qualifications/Requirements :
• Supply chain finance experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Simplification Experience and proven ability to lead process improvement projects
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects

Desired Characteristics :
• FMP Graduate
• Multinational/International Experience
• Accounting Accreditation eg. CIMA
• Lean Experience
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
