What you will be doing, what you’ll learn;
 
A unique opportunity to lead agile projects within Large Scale Public Sector programmes with an innovative market leader. You will join a diverse and talented technical team with the opportunity to collaborate on building innovative solutions for our customers. No doubt the work you will do will make impacts on the UK most critical projects. You will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives, driving execution of sprints and engaging with the customers and stakeholders. This role will be pivotal in building trust and creating safe environment where problems can be raised, collaboratively resolved with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
 
The skills we are seeking
  • Experience in leading large Scrum teams playing the Scrum Master role diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
  • Hands-on technical experience on large scale digital & development projects
  • Experience in working on digital projects which have included cross functional teams such as Designers, Researchers, UX, Product Owners & Developers
  • Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative/incremental development and DevOps culture
  • Strong experience of leading teams on projects using Continuous Integration and Automation Testing frameworks
  • Solid experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size story/epics
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams’ needs
  • Experience in dealing with the commercial side of project delivery such as Statements of Work (SOWs), balance scorecard, supplier contracts and reports.
  • Proven capability of working successfully with senior client stakeholders and end-users, quickly building successful relationships and establishing credibility
