We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Officer to join the Ministry of Defence. Due to security and information access restriction, the successful candidate must hold valid DV Clearance.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Review license renewal request forms and conduct due diligence and assurance on the contractor's analysis, to assess requirement and value for money of license renewals across the estate.
  • Managing and tracking renewals, capturing progress and actions through weekly reviews, generating, and issuing minutes, maintenance of trackers and oversight of the renewals SharePoint page for record keeping.
  • Coordinate and liaise with contract renewals staff and other key stakeholders to maintain a high level of awareness of potential issues and risks.
  • Actively collaborate with Commercial and Financial teams in conducting monthly reviews for license renewals.


Essential Requirements:

  • Must have DV Clearance.
  • Must have ITIL Foundation or similar.
  • 2+ years' experience working in similar role.
